TOUCH ID PROBLEM

I am using Iphone 8 Plus. But I have a problem about touch ID. When I try to activate the TOUCH ID, I get the "Unable to complete Touch ID setup. Please go back and try again." answer. I came across this problem without any impact or fall. I would appreciate it if you would let me know about this issue as soon as possible.
