weird number showing

I'm calling people and they are not picking up because they are seeing this 7748283686237 number when I call... Kinda weird since I'm calling my mom and she has my number saved

Caller ID is a carrier feature.

Contact your cellular carrier.

I did and my caller ID hasn’t changed and it’s only happening with my number not my other lines. Did some research seems to happen with Apple devices only..?
