Icloud.com reminders app time zone error about alarm setting

icloud.com reminders seems do not handle time zone properly.

The time alarm have already set on my iphone is wrong on icloud.com, and setting an alarm on icloud.com will not be the same after sync on iphone.

I'm in France, and an alarm today for 18:30 in reminders app of the phone is displayed incorrectly on icloud.com. In my case it is displayed 9:30 instead

Could you please fix the bug.

I have solved the issue.

The time zone was not set correctly by default on icloud.com / setting.
