I am unable to find the news app on my iPad

when I search the App Store, it does not show up

it is not installed. The shortcut in the widgets area but the whole app is unavailable to me.

Any reason why this is happening?

I am using the iPad 9.7” 6th gen 32gb model and it is at 12.4.1

The News App is only available in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.

Hello,

Which model of iPad do you have and what version of the system software is it running? Settings -> General -> About. What country do you live in?
