Apple Mail

After changing my password on my mobile device, and on my iMac, I am unable to receive mail on my desktop iMac. I am using Charter/Spectrum as my ISP. I can receive my Charter email on my iPhone and iPad.

Open Keychain Access and search for your charter email account. Delete any entries for the account. You don’t have to delete entries for other things that are using your email address as a username.


open Mail and enter your new password when requested.
