That's a phishing email (iTunes knows your name so wouldn't address you as 'dear customer' ; passwords don't 'change automatically' ; poor English etc.) - you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.

It's possible that your account might be locked if there were multiple unsuccessful log in attempt using your credentials.
You can refer to this If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
You might need to unlock/reset your password at iforgot.apple.com
