How do I change my Cloud email address NOT my Apple ID, which is different. Security breach.

I am getting suspicious emails from foreign countries addressed to my Cloud email address, including one which purported to be from Apple saying my Apple account had been disabled. Therefore I urgently need to change my Cloud email address - NOT my Apple ID, which is different. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
