Music I have bought disapears from "Purchased".

This is a while a go that it happened a year or so.

I tried contacting them and they said that they can't do anything a suggested that I backup the songs that I purchased. But that's really nonsense. The album is their online. No extra songs or so.

I can still see in my buying history that I bought those songs.

Anyway I can get them back on my library? It's one of the reason why I only buy from iTunes.
