What's the best software to "clean" my Mac (delete caches, leftover files.....) and do I need one? Thanks!

You do not need one. The Mac operating system does that kind of thing. People advertise products claiming to do these things but at best they don't really do much and at worst they interfere with the Mac's system and can slow down your computer or cause it to crash.


Same applies to anti-virus tools.
