Previous version of PayPal Here

Can I get the previous version of PayPal Here for iPad - the one that will run on iOS 9? If so, where? App store only has the version for iOS 10+. Thanks.

I am unable to use gpay or phone pay as it asks to upgrade to 13.4 version or more Gpay and phonepay are two payment apps and I am unable to use as it says to upgrade to version 13.4 while i am using 15.2 version already
