All my apps are 32-Bit
I looked at my applications and EVERYTHING seems to be 32-Bit. So what does that mean? Should I stop updating my computer after Mojave?

As Allan said, you are not forced to upgrade to Catalina, and your applications will continue to work on Mojave.
That said, most applications released in recent years are already 64 bit.
Many can be updated to newer versions, other can't or will cost a lot of money.
Still, "All" is a bit too much, since at least the ones that come with macOS are 64 bit by now.
Just to make sure: how did you check for 32 bit applications?
The standard why is to click Apple Menu->About this Mac, then click "System Report", then "Applications".

You have two alternative. You can remain at Mojave forever or you can upgrade the 32 bit apps you still use and delete those which you no longer use. It is your choose.
There is a handy tool that makes a list of the 32 bit apps on your mac:

It is most of the time not really necessary to go to the next MacOs, and in the next two years a lot of software will be upgraded to 64bit apps.
Thank you!
