Watch OS 5.3.1 draining battery

I did update my Apple Watch series 4 to OS 5.3.1 a few weeks ago and right away I notice that the battery doesn’t last all day like it used to. 80% after 12 hrs. I’m a very light user. Now , after 8 hrs it can get down to 45%. My iPhone 7 Plus and watch series 4 are both on the latest software. What is causing this? I did unpaired the watch and re-paired. Reset it. Tried usual steps on phone and watch. No change. Did anyone had this issue and was able to resolve it.

I just want to update on this issue. For everyone to know. I upgraded my phone and update to iOS 13.1 I also updated my watch to OS 6 No Change.

i calles Apple Support and they worked with me on troubleshooting.to check if an app is causing the draining I was told to place my watch to power reserve mode after a full charge overnight I started the day at 100% at 6am and after 9 hours my battery stayed at 100%. After taking it out of power reserve mode I literally saw my watch battery draining 1% every 5 minutes. So now my next step is to bring the watch to the Genius Bar for a tech to inspect it.
