Tzumi Probuds and iPad Pro running OS 12.4.1

I can’t get my wife’s Tzumi ProBuds to pair with her iPad Pro. Any clues what’s up? I have followed all the instructions and routinely connect and disconnect Bluetooth devices all the time so its not like I don’t know how this works.

Are they paired with any other device, which may be nearby? If they are, turn off or at least temporarily disconnect Bluetooth from any other device they may have been paired with, then put them in pairing mode for the iPad to see them.


If this is not your situation, it would be advisable to contact the earphone manufacturer for guidance.
