I don’t see “summary” on my iTunes account. I’m using a windows computer

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you’re having trouble using iTunes. I’m happy to help.
With your device connected to your computer, you should be able to select your device in the upper left-hand side of iTunes. From there, you should see the “Summary” tab.
If your device isn’t recognized by your computer, you’ll want to try the steps below:

Summary usually refers to the settings of a device (such as an iPhone, iPod or iPad) connected to iTunes and so it will not be present if you do not have a device connected. Even then, you need to select the device.
When iTunes sees a device that you have connected to iTunes, click on the icon at the top of the screen:
That will then display a screen like the one below:
