how can I back up all of my voice memos and notes to a local hard drive at once?

I have a lot of important info in these two applications and am not sure if I want to only have this info saved on iCloud servers. How can I backup all of the data easily at once without exporting individual notes as pdfs one at a time? (I have thousands of notes)
