Account number to enter on Fedex.com for Apple returns?

Does anyone know the account number to enter on Fedex.com for a return to Apple? Apple have sent me a shipping label but none of the numbers on it are 9 digits which is what fedex.com is after. I’m having trouble getting help from Apple Support & Fedex.

Trade in Fed ex seems to have misplaced my trade in and the box it was in. Is there a way to get the shipping number that was pre printed on the return box?
