Resetting SMC could solve the problem.
Hold down Shift+Control+Option and the Power button at the same time. Release the keys and look to see if the MagSafe adapter briefly changes color. If it does, the SMC reset has worked.

I fixed the problem with the new trackpad flex cable. 👍🏻
You'd better contact Apple support or make Genius Bar reservation or go to Apple authorized service provider to examine your MacBook Pro.

I tried to reset SMC, but it didn’t solve my problem. Macbook can work with external keyboard and mouse but still same problem. Thank you for your help.
