Iphone 7 will only charge in car - will not work in any wall outlet with any cord

I have an iphone 7, just under 2 years old. About a week ago it stopped charging from any outlet other than my car cigarette lighter. It lives in an otter box and has not sustained any damage. I cleaned the charging port and tried multiple outlets, cables and usb boxes. Issue is not covered by warranty. Thoughts on a fix?
