Time machine help

I'm trying to back up my Macbook pro to my home mac but I'm not seeing the option in Selcet back up disk in Time Machine?

Hello!


Have you tried going into your system preferences and then clicking on the time machine option there? You should get a window that looks similar to the image below. You will also have to make sure that the drive you intend on using is formatted correct and has enough capacity to be used as a time machine drive. A general rule of thumb is that you want the backup drive to be at least as large as the internal drive. You can also find a link with detail about time machine below.
