I just bought iphone for 3 months and there is a problem with the screen's sensor that affects the short life of battery. Istore will change me a new screen. This phone doesn't work properly, it does not my fault. And this problem already affect to my battery life due to it dies during the day many times. Is it possible to replace this phone with a new one?

It should be if the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect and as such is covered by the warranty.

Take it in to an Apple Store or Authorized Service provider for diagnostic.
