14 day trade-in

I just ordered the new iPhone with a trade-in of my current phone. My new phone will be delivered in 3-4 weeks but the trade-in says I have to mail my old phone back in 14 days. Is this 14 days from today or once my new phone arrives?

From when the new device arrives. It will come with packaging and shipping information.

latest day to return the trade in iphone I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro, which will deliver on Oct. 4. I received the return box today, Sep. 28, for shipping the trade in old iPhone back to Apple. The problem is I will travel out of town from Sep. 30 to Oct. 13. I only can get my new iPhone after Oct. 13. when I back home. Can I ship the old iPhone back to Apple a little later than Oct. 13? Thank you!
