I have an iphone to trade in. I want to preorder the new iphone 12 pro max. The phone expected to arrive between 24/11/2020 - 01/12/2020. That's about 17-24 days. The trade in program on the website said that I have to send my old phone in within 14 days. I need my phone until the new phone arrived. Can i send in my old phone when the new phone arrived and still get the trade in value? That will be after 14 days once i placed my preorder.

That fourteen day click does not start today. It starts (roughly) when your new iPhone arrives.

14 days starts when you are shipped the kit.
Kit won’t arrive until after you receive your new device.
