Seeing active keyboard layout while switching

Hello, on my Mac at the office, I don't see the dialog displaying keyboard layouts when I am changing the input method using the keyboard. How can I change the settings to make the mac display this dialog?

I am on macOS 10.14.5.

I found the solution: I have to check a shortcut for the previous input method to have the switching dialog displayed. If I have only a shortcut for the next input method then there is no dialog displayed.

I guess this is a bug. A dialog should be displayed in both cases.

Hey JeanMeslier,

I see that you're wanting to display the different keyboard layouts when changing input methods for the keyboard. I'll be happy to help.

You can use these steps for an easy way to change keyboard layouts that are available: Specify a keyboard type on Mac - Apple Support. If you're looking to view more information about the keyboard input, you can use these steps: Viewing Keyboard Layouts for Other Languages.

Have a great day.
