why is there a kernal panic everytime i try and start up my computer?I can not fix it

Since about a month ago my Mac mini will not start up.As soon as I start it up it stops loading after about a second and from a bit of research I think it is a kernel panic. No matter how many times I try to restart it will not work .

Temporarily remove any peripherals from your mini, except the display, keyboard, and mouse. Then boot up your mini. Does it still panic? If so, try booting up in Safe Mode ... again, does it still panic?
