iTunes removed my movie I bought. What do I do?

This been the 5th movie iTunes removed from my iCloud. I had my iTunes account since 2006. Before iCloud existed. I started buying movies in 2007. I knew the consequences of buying movies. So I remember I had movies stored in my old iPod. I use to store my movies that way. So every time I would get a new computer I would connect my iPod to that computer to transfer my purchases. Once iTunes rolled out iCloud I didn’t have to do that. Meaning I could delete my movies and music and always download it again later. As time went by I started noticing a bug in iCloud which still hasn’t been resolved I guess because not a lot of people reported it. All my music and movies started displaying the wrong movie artwork. For example my resident evil afterlife movie I bought on iTunes had the display artwork of the hunger games. That was the bug I was experiencing with iCloud. I reported it and Apple didn’t understand the issues they thought I was crazy because they never heard of that. A few months passed I started noticing a few movies disappearing from my iTunes account. I bought one movie on iTunes that was only available on iTunes. It was a gay independent comedy movie that I enjoyed watching because it was funny. At that time movies anywhere didn’t exist. Ultraviolet didn’t exist yet. I started my library of digital movies on iTunes. So then a few years later I started buying my movies on Vudu. I lost interest with iTunes due to lack of availability to watch it in other places. When I looked in iTunes in 2014 to review my old movies and reminisce of the days I use yo buy on iTunes I was looking for my favorite movie. The gay movie I talked about called not another gay movie. That disappeared from my account but when I looked in the iTunes Store it was available, I notice other movies disappeared but I didn’t care about the others. I just cared for that one movie. I called iTunes and they said they have no record of my purchase for that movie and even if they had any record of that movie they can’t do anything about it. They gave me 3 song credits and movie rentals. I understand the iTunes terms and conditions but it’s offensive and unacceptable for them to say that I never bought that movie so I’m labeled as a liar and I don’t ******* lie. I looked through my purchase history and found no record of it either and I thought that was ********, money doesn’t grow on trees and the money I have I work hard for. It’s ****** up to know that there was no record of that movie anywhere in my purchase history. I also looked through my purchase history because a app I bought a few years ago to edit photos wasn’t available and I couldn’t even find records of purchase for that app. I believe Apple are cons. How the **** those two specific purchases records are gone. I had my iTunes account since 2006 I have a long list of things I bought so it’s hard to keep track of them all and I expect everything I buy to be in my **** iCloud. It doesn’t matter if the studio removes it. It should remain in my iCloud or they should offer proper refunds and stop messing with purchase history because I’m labeled as a liar since there’s no record of those purchases. So despite of that I kept buying movies and other stuff. In 2015 I started becoming a big marvel fan and I grew interested in marvel films because Chris Evans. He’s my favorite actor. So I remember I bought all his movies (the ones that were available) in The iTunes Store, Vudu, and google play. When I buy a new movie I always show off and show it to my boyfriend or send him screenshots when he’s in school just to show off. One of his movies called ‘playing it cool’ disappeared from my iTunes account and it wasn’t in the iTunes Store anymore either. I even have screenshots of the movie in my Library (the one I send my boyfriend to show off) I called iTunes support and the same ******* song and dance. No record of that purchase, I have screenshots as proof of the movie in my **** library and they suggested it was bought on Vudu and I was trying to transfer it over but that movie is a independent movie. It’s not available for movies anywhere so that’s why I re bought it on iTunes. To have it on all platforms. This happened two times and now this is getting worse because I’m wasting money and they look at me as a liar because there’s no record. That ****** me off because this is my money they messing with. And they taking advantage. They making me think I’m a crazy person but I’m not. And that ****** me off. Has this happened to anyone else! Sorry for the long post. I feel angry and frustrated
