Missing over 10 movies, they just keep disappearing. Now a holiday movie i know I purchased. Is being resold and is saying i need to repurchase.
Not at all. Unlike physical goods, you do not own digital content. But, that may not even be the issue. Visit Redownload TV shows and movies that you purchased - Apple Support to see if the information there helps.
Was the content downloaded to your device? If not, the film may no longer be available for sale in the iTunes Store or may be sold in a different cut that essentially makes it a new movie.
Related articles say request a refund. Yet they only go back months, not years.
so Apple is helping companies defraud people? If I am sold an item its mine. If they take it back, there needs to be a refund. Thats over $100 in movies they have stolen from me.
