I have signed out, relaunched, restarted laptop, deauthorized, reauthorized, downloaded updates and still the Apple Music Radio doesn't work. Neither do the For You or Browse options..
It used to work but now....

There are a few things that could be causing this.
1). Which macOS are you currently running? You may just need to update
2). Do you connect through a VPN or is the a Mac used for work? Certain security software can block this, typically found on business servers.
3). In Apple menu > System Preferences > Wi-Fi > Advanced > Proxies, is anything selected?

Gotcha, thank you! I would recommend backing up and updating to macOS Mojave if you can or to macOS Sierra if not compatible:

I am using OS El Capitan 10.11.6
Nothing is checked under proxies
It is used for work, no VPN, and has worked before on this laptop. Won't work at home or work.
