Logitech camera notification settings.

When working with my Logitech security camera the option to receive notifications when someone is not home is grayed out. The “people” option is grayed out and set to off.

Hey there arribaelamerica,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand you have questions about the notifications for your Logitech security camera. I’ll be happy to help with this.

Go to Settings > Notifications and select the app that works with your Logitech security camera. From there, make sure the notifications are enabled and set like you want. See if this helps.

Make sure your iPhone is up to date. Go to Settings > General > Software Update. If there is an update available, back up your iPhone, install the update, and see if this helps:

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Also, check for an update to the Logitech app in the App Store > Updates tab. If there is none, delete the app, restart your iPhone, and reinstall it.

If these steps don’t help, reach out to Logitech support and let them know what’s going on. They should be able to look further into why this is happening:

Best wishes.
