Problem setting up Apple Pay.

This problem keeps happening to me since day one I tried to add a card. I follow the steps but it keeps telling me, as soon as I press add card, "Could not set up apple pay... An error occurred while setting up Apple Pay". I don't know if it is something I'm doing wrong or if it is technical. Hope to find answers here.
