MacBook keyboard unresponsive

I have a 12 inch, Early 2016 MacBook running version 10.14.6 of OS. About a month ago the "y" key became unresponsive. Today, one of the keys for my password would not work and I had constant problems getting the computer to simply start. I was finally able to log in as a Guest and connect a Bluetooth keyboard. So, I'm in and can control the laptop. Trackpad works fine.


At this point the entire keyboard is unresponsive. I updated to 10.14.6 and then disconnected the Bluetooth keyboard. Still, no response from any of the keys.


Suggestions???
