iphone xr has a continuous spinning screen
iPhoneXR has a continuous spinning wheel and won't allow me to turn off, reboot, etc. Screen keeps spinning. I charged phone to ensure power is available.

Did you use the correct method to reboot?
Tap and quickly release the volume up button
Then tap and quickly release the volume down button
Then press and keep holding the power button (keep holding past the swipe to power off) until you see the Apple Logo, then let go.
