I have accidently in the settings on my watch arrived at 'ERASE ALL CONTENT AND SETTINGS'

I have accidently in the settings on my watch arrived at 'ERASE ALL CONTENT AND SETTINGS' which I don't want to happen I'm frightened to touch anything in case I do something wrong and mess up my watch Any solutions would be most helpfull
