Will the Apple Watch Series 5 when answering a phone call allow audio to transfer to hearing aids?

I purchased a Apple Watch 5 with cellular so that I could answer calls with my watch paired with my Bluetooth hearing aides.

My hearing aides are paired with my IPhone XS and it works flawlessly.

I just can not connect my hearing aides with my watch.

Can anyone help?

I can't get the audio to come through my hearing aids. I have made sure the iPhone is properly paired, but no audio on my resound hearing aids.
