How do I re-install the Podcast app that I deleted off my iphone?
You should be able to find it in the App Store. Once you do, I think either, that you will see an option to download the app again or to open the app (which should reinstall it). Start by checking for it in the App Store.
My problem is it is restricted and I don’t remember my 4 digit code to remove the restriction and then able to download. Was told I need to delete everything off my phone and connect to my laptop
Search for "Apple Podcasts" in the App Store. The top result should be Apple's default podcast app. Simply tap on "Get" or the cloud icon to install it again.
