Fully charged battery beeping sound; macbook air 2018 beeps when fully charged

u know that sound that marks a successful lightening cable connection that starts a charge to your macbook air, well, when my rig is fully charged, i hear that sound intermittently after it is fully charged.

how the heck to i remedy that?

Beeping when charging? Come on! And it won't charge? So, my battery died. I plugged the new MacBook M1 Max 2021 in and when it charges, it beeps. Its super annoying and for no reason on Earth I can figure why this needs to ever happen. Please tell me there is a solution other than pugging things in in a certain order. And not to mention...when I looked at the battery after it was on charger for like 1 hour, it only charged to 4%. What is up with this charging too? Ok thats it.
