My Apple watch 4 has been acting up. It shuts down with battery at 60%. sometimes it flickers. Ive only had it for about 9 months. What could it be and Can I trade it in for another?

My watch had the same problem. Finally, after speaking with the apple support, they told me to return the watch, for reparations. unfortunately I have an Hermès Apple Watch, and in Europe they have no reasonable protocols for Hermes.
so, they told me to send the watch to Germany (I don’t live there, of course). After sending the watch to Germany, they refused to take the watch to the apple provider they recommended us. They re-sent us, again, telling this time the resellers will accept the watch. Of course the resellers didn’t accept the watch, once more, because it’s Hermes.
after some more phone calls, they sent someone to give us a box, promising that in 7 days the watch will be fixed/repaired.
there are 8 days now and no show of the watch. I wrote to Hermès to complain about this situation. Their reply was absolutely ridiculous: they only repair the bands, not the watch...
The protocols for Europe are disgusting for this kind of situations.
And apple is absolutely disastrous about the services in Europe, for it’s consumers.
and also, apple doesn’t provide an email adress to contact them to the headquarters, to let them know how awful services they have, with no protocols for full who buy Hermes.
they still selling Hermes, but to buy them in Europe is an awful mistake.
poor services and poor assistance.
p.s. the guys from the apple support are great, but they don’t have any kind of protocol to work with...:(
