Can I tell if someone is sending me a scheduled text message daily?

I recently met a nice guy and every day he sends me a "happy Monday, happy tuesday" etc message iphone to iphone. I'm wondering if he has it pre-set in his phone? Anyway I can tell?

No, there is no way to know anything about what apps, or settings or whatever he has setup and running on his devices.
