Correct. Apple ceased offering Print Services just about a year ago.
Your options: Make a pdf of the book and bring ti to a 3rd party printer you prefer.

I downloaded photos for a book I created today. I have place the photos and written the text. Now trying to order from Apple Store - it will not let me place order. I have spent hours on this today and I'm very frustrated. Any ideas?
