apple id disabled

I can get to itunes but Each time I try to get to my account, I get a message that tells me the Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons. They give no redirection to remedy this. Any thoughts?

YOU HAVE TO CALL APPLE SUPPORT AND GET IT FIXED.

Mine was disabled because of in app purchases I did not do and I called the bank, got my money back.

Then disabled.

Call and they will ask why you think it was disabled, what's changed and so on.

Then they turn it back on!
