Smart lock Homekit automations not working

I have automations set up to lock/unlock when I leave/arrive. Before, my iPhone would ask me whether to run them, unlike other automations, which I think was Apple’s policy with smart locks, but apart from that they would work fine. 

BUT now they are not working at all anymore. When I leave and arrive, my door is not locked and unlocked automatically. Other leave/arrive automations are working fine. Can anyone help me figure out why this is so? This may have happened after an iOS update, but I cannot say for sure.I have talked to Apple, and all they could say in the end, was that the lock does not support the latest version of iOS. The manufacturer Danalock are working on an update, but it won’t be released until several months from now. But I’m not sure this has anything to do with it. It was working before, and Danalock have made no changes, only Apple.
