how can I send a mail to more than 10 (ten) recipients in bcc?

Establish a separate group in Contacts, and drag that group from Contacts into your Mail Bcc field. Ensure that you have Mail Preferences : Compose panel : [ ] When sending to a group, show all member addresses as unset. Test it before going live with it.
