i tried to subscribe to the Tennis Channel and made payment using itunes. the $99.99 was debitted from my bank account, however, somehow the transaction did not complete through the Tennis Channel and i was not receiving the programming. so i contacted The Tennis Channel and they said they cannot accept payment from itunes due to computer glitch. they suggested i cancel the programming and then pay using another method and i would be refunded from itunes. so i did that and sure enough i was able to receive the programming through the Tennis Channel....but i have not receive the refund. can you check into this transaction?? thank you
