I have a early 2015 MacBook Pro and am currently operating with macOS High Sierra. I don't seem to receive updates for any of my app's and when I try to download the newer Mojave OS the download stops at 493.6 MB of 6.04 GB. Any suggestions?

This really helped, I now have Mojave. I have one other question I hope you can help with and this was happening before I upgraded to Mojave and continues since. I access the web through Safari, but when I switch websites I lose my ability to browse. I have this issue at home when I connect wirelessly as well as when I connect wired to the Modem. I have the problem at work as well so I'm assuming it is my computer and not my connection. When I lose the connection I can not connect using Chrome either. My Wi-fi shows that I am connected and receiving a very strong signal. When I shut down the computer and restart the connection is immediate, but as I browse I lose it again. Thanks for your help.
