Forgot passcode to childs phone

I was given an iphone 5c for a back up phone an the mom who had it for her son before me has a restriction passcode on here an she has forgotten what it is.

Locked out parental passcode to Many attempts to guess parental pass code has caused us to get locked out of restoring the phone. Forgot passcode isn’t working to allow us remove the controls and reset phone to prior to restrictions. What other options are there to put it back to normal. Thank you for for any assistance we can get on this.
