Disabled iphone3 forgotten unlock passcode, try to call support but can't without imei or serial number which is not on the back on the iphone3 and i can't get on phone to find it either. Please help

The following information was included in the previous link:
If you don't have a computer, borrow one from a friend, or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
This does not help me at all. Have no computer and cannot connect to itunes
