I Dropped My iChild!
I was walking into church tonight and dropped my iPad Pro. It fell face down and the screen shattered. :-( Fortunately, I have Apple Care+. Does anyone know how I begin the process of filing a claim?

Contact Apple support (one way is to use the link in the upper right corner of this page); after some triage questions, you should be offered a couple of different ways (mail it in or take it to an Apple store, for instance).

If you simply bring in that iPad Pro into your nearest, ”local” Apple Store location, you'd be able to get service right away and walk out with another replacement iPad for a small $49 replacement fee under AppleCare+, in the same day.
Get a good case for this iPad Pro this time around.
Thank you, MichalPM. You were spot on with your answer. I opted, instead to use the Express replacement option since my schedule I’m traveling. Apple is sending me a replacement and package materials to return the broken one.
As as a side note, I highly recommend Apple Care+ to anyone reading this. In my line of work, my iPad is a necessary component to being successful. Having this insurance (and other values in the program) is extremely beneficial.
I found the answer using Google. Thank you any way.
Thank you, babowa. You were absolutely right. I opted to ship it in.
