You need iTunes to authenticate the computer to access data on your iPhone.

Is there any reason why you cannot install iTunes on your PC?

You can try uploading the photos to your google drive app on iOS and download them to the PC, but it is tedious.

Same thing with the iCloud, upload them to iCloud and go to iCloud.com or get Windows for iCloud and download them to the PC .

What happens when you plug in your phone? Does iTunes see it?
