Problem with forwarding the lines

We are having issues with forwarding the lines to another device, everytime we try to forward the line, it keeps "thinking" for a long time, sometimes hours! We have same issues with XR and X. We went to At&t and they replaced the sim and checked few things and claimed it issue with the device itself, we went to Apple and they claim its At&t issue.

Any suggestions?

Call Forwarding Spinning Wheel Hi. I have an iPhone 12 and I recently changed providers to Belong. Previously, when I was with Vodafone, I could select Settings>Phone>Call Forwarding and divert calls to my work mobile (iPhone 8) during the week. Since joining Belong I can no longer do this. When I go into Call Forwarding all I get is the spinning wheel. Interestingly, if I switch my work sim (Optus) into my iPhone 12 I can use Call Forwarding. No spinning wheel. I have raised this issue with Belong and they say it is not a problem on their side and that I need to consult my phone manufacturer. My iPhone software is up to date. Does anyone have any ideas or solutions on how I might be able to resolve this issue? Thanks

2 esim not working simultaneously I have 2 lines on iphone 12 pro. I used to have a physical sim and an esim. Both lines could be on simultaneously. I just migrated the physical sim to an esim and i can only turn one line at a time: why? Automatically the other line goes to off: how can i fix it?

Call forwarding not turning off I have had " forwarding turned on " for a while now and went to turn it off to begin to receive calls as normal on my work phone. When trying to do this it will not turn off. I have done everything that I can think of and I am now down to it is either the phone itself of the carrier. In my research I have found that it is a issue among many carriers and am trying to find my next coarse of action. I changed "SIM" cards that is a different carrier and the phone turned the "call forwarding OFF". I put my original "SIM" back in the phone and went right back to the same issue with the call forwarding.

Call Forwarding: appears in the status bar when call forwarding is on.

You must be in range of the cellular network when you set iPhone to forward calls, or calls won’t be forwarded.
