I need help

Hey! the cost of the app was charged to my account even though I had already unsubscribed. the purchase history also states that the order will expire on September 15, 2017 and will not be renewed, but the payment still went out of my account. How this is possible?

If you cancelled the subscription at least 24 hours prior to its renewal date (the date you've given is 2 years ago) but were still charged contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
