I have a mini (late 2014). It sees all my bluetooth devices except the new JBL headset I just bought. My iPhone 7 sees the JBL and pairs correctly. What can I do to use the headset with my mini?
iMac Line (2012 and Later)
Un-pair the headset from your other devices and then try and pair it with your Mac Mini.

If that does not help, try unplugging or re-routing any USB 3 external drives and devices to see if that helps.
